Yuzu Tortilla

Yield: 3 servings
Total time: 20 minutes
Ingredients

Tortilla  | 3 pcs

Ground Pork   | 200g

Cheese | Preferable Amount

Finely Sliced Lettuce | 150g

Black Garlic Umami Sauce | 30g

Guacamole:

Avocado  | 1 pc

M-Farm Yuzu Sauce | 50g

Finely Chopped Onion  | 1/4 pc

Lemon  | Preferable Amount

Salt and Pepper to taste

 

Directions

1.      Making guacamole: dice cut avocado around 1cm, finely chop onion. Prepare a mixing bowl, put in avocado, onion, lemon and pepper.

2.      Finely slice lettuce.

3.      Heat up a frying pan, add in ground pork and Black Garlic Umami Sauce and stir fry till water reduced. Dish out.

4.      Bring another pan and heat up, put a piece of tortilla till warm. Take out and put in guacamole, serve hot.

Yuzu Salsa

Yield: 1 servings
Total time: 15 minutes

Ingredients

M-Farm Yuzu Sauce | 60g

Tomato ( cooked and removed skin) | Half

Celery | 1/2 pc

Onion | 1/2 pc

Bell Pepper  | 1/2 pc

Lemon Juice | 1 Tsp

Coriander | Preferable Amount

Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

1.      Dice tomato, and finely chop onion, celery, and pepper. Put chopped onion in a bowl of water and rest aside.

2.      Bring another mixing bowl, put all the ingredients in, let rest for 30 mins.

3.      Serve with tacos.

Yuzu Burrito

Yield: 2 servings
Total time: 30 minutes

Ingredients

Tortilla   | 3 serving

M-Farm Yuzu Sauce   | 50g

Mixed Beans | 60g

Curry Powder  | 1 Tsp

Black Garlic Umami Sauce  | 1 Tsp

Lemon Juice | Preferable Amount

Avocado  | 1/2 pc.

Red Bell Pepper  | 1/2 pc.

Mayo  | 50g

Sliced Cheese  | Preferable Amount

Directions

1.      Heat up a frying pan, add in mixed beans, curry powder, lemon juice and Black Garlic Umami Sauce till reduced, set aside and let rest.

2.      Finely dice red bell pepper, avocado . Set aside.

3.      Prepare a piece of burrito, put in fillings and roll up.

4.      Bring a mixing bowl, put in mayo and M-Farm Yuzu Sauce and blend well.

5.      Dip burrito and emjoy.

Tomato Pizza

Yield: 1 servings
Total time: 30 minutes

Ingredients

Pizza Dough  | 1 pcs

M-Farm Tomato Sauce   | 40g

Butter | 5g

Shrimp | 10 count

Squid | 20g

Salt and Pepper to taste

White Sauce | Preferable Amount

Directions

1.      Saute shrimps and squid till fragrant.

2.      Put white sauce on pizza dough.

3.      Put another layer of tomato sauce.

4.      Put shrimps and squid on top of the sauce, add cheese and bake till golden brown.

Black Garlic Tomato Pasta

Yield: 1 servings
Total time: 15 minutes

Ingredients

M-Farm Tomato Sauce | 80g

Directions

1.      Bring a pot of water to boil

2.      Add in pasta and cook thoroughly

3.      Take out pasta and put on plate.

4.      Put M-Farm Tomato Sauce on top of pasta.

5.      Add shredded cheese and Parsley. Serve hot. 

Yuzu Bruschetta

Yield: 2 servings
Total time: 10 minutes
 

Ingredients

Parsley  | 1 Tsp

M-Farm Yuzu Sauce   | 30g

Tomato | 1 pc

Garlic | 1/2 clove

Olive Oil | 2 Tbspn

Parmesan Cheese | 1 Tbspn

Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

1.      Bring a pot of water to boil, cut a cross on the bottom of the tomatoes, put in boiling water for 30 secs and take out.

2.      Peel off the skin under running tap water, and cut into dices.

3.      Bring a mixing bowl, add in garlic and parsley. Set aside and let rest in the fridge for 1 hour.

4.      Cut French bread and spread parmesan cheese

5.      Put tomato sauce on top of the bread.

Sloppy Joe

Yield: 1 servings

Ingredients

M-Farm Chili Sauce | 60g

Garlic  | half clove

Onion  | 1/4 pc

Garlic  | half clove

Ground Pork and Beef  | 100g

Bullion Cube   | half cube

Directions

1.      Finely chop onion and garlic. Heat up a frying pan with olive oil, saute garlic and onion till brown and add in ground pork and beef.

2.      When the meat is cooked thoroughly, turn to low heat and add in M-Farm Chili Sauce,  cook until water is reduced. Serve hot.

Seafood Tomato Pasta

Yield: 2 servings
Total time: 30 minutes
Ingredients

Pasta  | 1 serving

M-Farm Tomato Sauce   | 100g

Mixed Seafood | 100g

Canned Tuna  | 1/2 can

Garlic  | 1/2 clove

Grill Cheese | 1 pc

Parsley | Preferable Amount

Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

1.      Bring a pot of water to boil, add in pasta and cook thoroughly.

2.      Heat up a frying pan, add in mixed seafood and garlic, stir fry till fragrant.

3.      Add in M-Farm Tomato Sauce, and salt to taste.

4.      Transfer the cooked pasta to frying pan, stir well. And add in grill cheese and let melt, dish out and serve hot.

San Francisco Rice

Yield: 1 servings
Total time: 20 minutes

Ingredients

Bacon  | 50g

M-Farm Tomato Sauce   | 60g

Canned Tuna | 2 cans

Celery | 1/2 pc

Mixed Beans | Preferable Amount

Onion | 1/2 pc

Bell Pepper | 1/2 pc

Paprika | Preferable Amount

Black Garlic Umami Sauce | 2 Tbspn

Brown Sugar | 2 Tbspn

Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

1.      Small dice all the vegetables and cut bacon to 1.5 cm each.

2.      Heat up a frying pan and saute bacon till fragrant, add in vegetables and stir fry.

3.      Add in canned tuna, M-Farm Tomato Sauce , and cook till water is reduced.

4.      Add salt to taste, dish out and put on rice, serve hot.

Chili Corn Carne

Yield: number of servings
Total time: 30 minutes
Ingredients

Ground Pork | 100g

Finely Chopped Onion | 150g

Finely Chopped Garlic | 1 clove

Mixed Beans | 100g

Olive Oil | 1 Tbspn

Cooking Wine | 1 Tbspn

Bouillon Cube| 1 pc

Dried Chili Pepper | Preferable Amount

M-Farm Chili Sauce | 100g

Directions

1.      Finely chop onion and garlic, cut dried chili pepper in half and remove the seeds.

2.      Prepare a frying pan, put in olive oil, stir fry chopped garlic and dried chili pepper on low fire.

3.      Saute till fragrant, then add in chopped onion, continue frying till color turns brown.

4.      Add in ground pork and keep on stir frying.

5.      Put in M-Farm Chili Sauce  and stir fry.

6.      Add in cooking wine, and bay leave if needed. 

7.      Stir fry until water is reduced. 

Chili Seafood Pot

Yield: 2 servings
Total time: 30 minutes
Ingredients

Shrimp   | 200g

M-Farm Chili Sauce   | 50g

Crab | 500g

Clam  | 3 count

Finely Chopped Onion  | 1 pc

Finely Chopped Celery  | 1 pc

Finely Chopped Garlic  | 2 cloves

Parsley  | Preferable Amount

Oregano  | 1 Tbspn

Bay Leave  | 1 pc

White Wine  | 1 Tbspn

Butter  | 40g

Directions

1.      Heat up a frying pan on medium fire, add in butter, olive oil, onion, celery, and garlic. Saute till fragrant.

2.      Add in M-Farm Chili Sauce, bouillon, white wine and water and simmer for 40-60 mins.

3.      Add in shrimps, clams and crab. Cook till clams are opened. Salt to taste.

Italian Mackerel with Black Garlic

Ingredients:

  1. Mackerel * 1/2 piece

  2. Flour * 2 spoonful

  3. Cooked tomato * 1 

  4. Olive Oil * 1 spoonful

  5. Cooking Wine * 1 spoonful

  6. Broccoli * 50g

  7. Salt and Pepper to taste

  8. Onion * 1/2 piece

  9. Black Garlic * 20g

  10. Lemon Juice * 1 spoonful

  11. Boiled Egg * 1 piece

Methods:

  1. Bring a bowl, put in chopped mackerel, flour, salt and pepper, Mix well.

  2. Bring a pot of water to boil, put in tomato for minutes then take out peel off the skin and chop.

  3. Chop black garlic and onion.

  4. Heat up a pan, put in olive oil and pan fry mackerel to gold and brown. Take out and set aside.

  5. Prepare another pan, fry chopped onion till brown.

  6. Combine step 1 and 2 with black garlic, put in frying pan add in lemon juice, a bit of cooking wine and put the lid on to simmer for 3-4 mins.

  7. Add in broccoli to finish.

  8. Transfer mackrel to plate, drizzle soup from the pan and put boiled egg to garnish.

Smelt Black Garlic Spring Roll

Ingredients:

  1. black garlic * 8 pieces

  2. pizza cheese * 40g

  3. spring roll wrapper * 4 pieces

  4. smelt fish * 4 

  5. Perilla * 4 pieces 

Methods:

  1.  Grab a piece of spring roll wrapper

  2.  Put all the ingredients on top of the wrapper

  3.  Wrap up tightly

  4.  Bring another pot of frying oil to 180C

  5.  Deep fry srping roll till cripsy and golden on the outside and take out.

  6.  Serve hot 

Black Garlic Miso Soup

Ingredients:

  1.  Tofu * 1/4 piece

  2.  Dried Sea Weed *2g

  3.  Miso * 2 spoonful

  4.  Stock * 300 cc

  5.  Bean Curd * 1/2 piece

  6.  Scallion * appriporiate amount

  7.  Black Garlic * 1 piece

Methods:

  1.  Soak dried sea weed into water, leave for minutes.​​

  2.  Cut tofu into small squares 

  3.  Finely slice bean curd to several slices

  4.  Chop scallion 

  5.  Crush black garlic to paste

  6.  Bring a pot of stock to boil, add in tofu, sea weed, bean curd slices and black garlic paste.

  7.  Put scallion on to of miso soup, serve hot.
