Deep Fry Salad with Black Sesame Dressing

Ingredients
Burdock | 200g
Carrots | 200g
Pumpkin | 200g
Black Garlic and Black Sesame Dressing | 30g
Directions
1. Chunk all vegetables to one-bite size.
2. Prepare a frying pan, add in cooking oil, bring to 180C.
3. Deep fry vegetables till cooked thoroughly.
4. Bring a mixing bowl, put in leafy greens, fried vegetables and drizzle with Black Garlic and Black Sesame Dressing. Mix well and serve.
Sweet and Sour Fried Tofu

Total time: 15 minutes
Ingredients
Tofu| 300g
Bell Peppers| 200g
Onion | 100g
Potato Starch | Appropriate Amount
Vegan Black Garlic Umami Sauce Garlic Flavor | 30g
Ketchup | 30g
Black Vinegar | 15g
Directions
1. Drain tofu thoroughly. Cut tofu to cube size and marinate with Vegan Black Garlic Umami Sauce Garlic Flavor. Set aside.
2. Bring a frying pan, add in cooking oil and bring to 180C. Coat tofu with cornstarch and deep fry till golden brown.
3. Deep fry bell peppers and onions quickly. Take out and set aside.
4. Bring a wok to hot, add in the mixture of ketchup, Vegan Black Garlic Umami Sauce Garlic Flavor and black vinegar. Throw in fried tofu and vegetables, stir well.
5. Serve hot.
Tuna and Avocado Rice Bowl

Sea Weed Flakes| Appropriate Amount
Vegan Black Garlic Chili Infused Oil | Appropriate Amount
Green Onion | Appropriate Amount
Rice | 150g
Directions
1. Cut tuna fish and avocado to dices, set aside.
2. Prepare a mixing bowl, put tuna fish, avocado and Vegan Black Garlic Chili Infused Oil altogether and mix well.
3. Put the mixture over a bowl of hot rice, put green onion and sea weed flakes at the end.
